Customer Service Training

Today we had a customer service training thingy. We started by talking about stress and how if we are under stress we may not be able to provide the best customer service. We were asked to make a list of what our stressors are.

My list:

  • Money
  • Racism
  • The Patriarchy

I don’t think this sort of honesty is what they were expecting. Alas, we were told that they weren’t going to ask what was on our lists though it made it interesting when they started talking about ways to alleviate stress (e.g., distance yourself from the stressor).
